Request for approval for the replacement to the street facing façade windows and door of the primary structure located at 324 E. Bowman Avenue.  The subject property is zoned R-4 (High Density Residential and Limited Office District) and is located within the Original Townsite in the South Mesquite Overlay District.  Submitted by James O’Brien, property owner.  Council District 1.
