  • A request for approval of a preliminary plat for a subdivision known as Parkhill Estates Phase 8.
  • The preliminary plat is for proposed 120-single-family residential lots with 4 tracts dedicated for drainage and 2 tracts dedicated for utilities.
  • The subject property encompasses 26.817 ± acres, is zoned R-1b (Single-Family High Density) and is located north of southwest corner of Rinconada Boulevard and Parkhill Drive.
  • Submitted by Underwood Engineering, LLC on behalf of SPB Holdings, LLC, property owner.
