Teen Game Night
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. in the MakerSpace (2nd floor)
Come meet new friends and librarians, relax after school, and game to your heart's content!
- Legos and art supplies if you'd like to get creative
- PlayStation 3 and X-Box
- Tons of great card and board games
Game night is intended for teens in grades 5 through 12 (ages 10 to 18). All video games offered are rated E (for Everyone) through T (for Teen). Learn more about video game ratings here.

Come visit the MakerSpace on the second floor! Teens do not need a library card to use the maker space. Librarians are filling it with a variety of materials and equipment, including:
- Arts and crafts materials, including materials for silk-screening, printmaking, collage and more
- Board games and puzzles
- Guitars for loan
- An Xbox and gaming center
- Sewing machines
Video & Sound Editing Equipment
The MakerSpace has the latest in technology, including a media center where 12 to 18-year-olds can use professional-grade film and sound editing equipment like Logic Pro X and Final Cut Pro to make and edit their own films.
Computers are available in the Young Adult department. A library card or guest pass is required to log in. Please note computers in the Young Adult area have internet access and content filters.
