What's NewNew printed schedules are available as of October 22 on all RoadRUNNER buses and various locations around town. Individual maps from this schedule can be downloaded by clicking on the route number in the left column of this page. The next regular Transit Advisory Board Meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in Munson Center located at 975 S. Mesquite Street. RoadRUNNER Route 30 has bus stops near Munson Center (Stops #20 and #24 on Route 30 map). Route 20 also offers bus stops within 3 blocks of Munson Center (stops #3 and #49 on Route 20 map). Updates to Transit Five-Year Strategic Plan: On August 20, 2009, the Transit Advisory Board recommended updates to the the Transit Strategic Plan. This plan was last adopted by the City Council on March 19, 2007. RoadRUNNER Transit is seeking public comments to the updated plan. Click here to view the proposed updated plan. Beginning August 20, 2009, RoadRUNNER Transit will offer a fare free route between Mesilla Valley Mall and the East Mesa DACC campus. The route will run M-F the same days as the Aggie Transit. Hours of service will be from 7:00 a.m.. to 7:00 p.m. or information, Click on the "Aggie Transit and DACC Shuttle" link under Route Information ******
Fares
Please be ready with your fare, exact change or tokens, or one of RoadRUNNER Transit’s convenient passes when boarding. All buses have electronic fare boxes that accept the following fare payments; U.S. currency $1, $5, $10 & $20 dollar bills, $1 coins as well as 1¢ 5¢, 10¢, 25¢, & 50¢, tokens, transfers, change cards, and magnetic passes. Bus operators do not carry change. Fares or overpayments are Non-refundable. Passes
Where To Buy Your PassesBus passes can be purchased on board the bus. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced. Tokens are purchased at the Transit office only.
TransfersTransfers between bus routes are easy and free. Transfers are issued only upon request at the time a fare is paid. Transfers are used to complete a one-way trip; a single transfer card is good for up to two transfers within 55 minutes. Transfer tickets ay be requested with cash fares, tokens, & 30 ride passes. A transfer card is not required with a 31 Day pass, Daily or weekly passes. Expired transfers will not be accepted.
