Veterans Advisory Board

The Veterans Advisory Board consists of 13 members who are veterans residing in Dona Ana County. The Board was established to advise City Council on matters affecting veterans and propose solutions to alleviate or address the needs of local veterans and to recognize the contributions local veterans have made. The Board also reviews and provides recommendations related to all matters of physical change to Veterans Memorial Park.

The Veterans Advisory Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in Room 2007B of City Hall, 700 N. Main Street. Meetings are open to the public. For more information contact board liaison Eric Enriquez by email or by calling 575-528-3473.

The Veterans Advisory Board currently does not have any open board member positions.

If you are interested in serving as a board member in the future, please click here for a copy of the application. All members must be veterans residing in the county. Completed applications must be turned in at the City of Las Cruces City Clerks office for consideration by the mayor and city council.
