“A Matter of Balance!” Workshop at Branigan Library 2018
Concerned about your balance or falling risk, or do you have a family member who does? Thomas Branigan Memorial Library invites you to the library at 2 p.m. on Oct. 24 for “A Matter of Balance”! Learn how to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength to increase your activities at home and work. Presented by balance coach Chris Millyard, the program is free and is part of the library’s 4th Wednesday Happenings series. The library is located at 200 E. Picacho Ave.

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.
