Railroad Museum Provides Activities for People of all Ages 2017

Saturday, Feb. 4, at 11 a.m., the Railroad Museum offers an interactive, hands-on train activity for young train lovers. Toddlers and families are invited to listen to a train themed story and complete a related craft activity.

Thursday, Feb. 9, at 11:00 a.m., join Mrs. Prickett’s Story Time and her delightful puppets as they read books and tell stories. A related activity appropriate for pre-school children will follow the story.

Friday, Feb. 10, from 10 a.m. to noon, adults are encouraged to color outside the lines or use unexpected colors! Adults across the country are discovering that this is a fun way to recapture one of the joys of childhood.

Saturday, Feb. 11, from 10 a.m. to noon, challenge your family and friends to a round of old-fashioned fun! The museum hosts a variety of old-fashioned games such as Cup-and-Ball Toss toys, Jacks, and Dominos.

The Railroad Museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, visit the website at: or call (575) 647-4480.
