PERMITS

  • Parade Permit Form | Citizens requesting permission to have a parade or procession on the roadway in the City of Las Cruces should complete this form. This form must be submitted 2 weeks prior to a parade.
  • Sound Permit Form | Citizens requesting a sound permit must complete this form. This form must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • Street/Block Party Form | Citizens requesting a permit for a street/block party should download this form. This form must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Compliment Form | Citizens wishing to commend an employee of the Las Cruces Police Department should complete this form.
  • Complaint Form | Citizens wishing to make an official complaint about the conduct of a LCPD employee should complete this form.
  • Traffic Complaint Form | Use this form to request traffic enforcement in a certain area or report a problem with frequent speeding, illegal parking or other traffic-related activities.
  • Private Property Crash Report | Drivers involved in a motor vehicle crash that occurred on private property should download this form.
  • Adult Ride - In | Citizens requesting to ride with and observe police officers during their normal course of duty.

    Criminal Complaints/Statements of Facts, often called Arrest Affidavits, can be obtained from Magistrate Court.
