Field Operations Division

The Las Cruces Police Department's Field Operations Division - which includes the Patrol Section, Community Outreach, and the Codes and Animal Control - is headed by Deputy Chief Paul Brock and Community Outreach Lt. Kiri Daines.

Deputy Chief Paul Brock has more than 20 years experience with the Las Cruces Police Department. He has been a patrol officer, K-9 handler, Metro Narcotics agent, a sergeant and lieutenant. Cmdr. Brock is Traffic Motors certified, and an instructor in defensive tactics and general police instruction. Brock earned a bachelor of science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas-El Paso and has lived in New Mexico for more than 20 years.
