Teen Programs Update! Spring is here and...

Game night is back! Thanks for your patience while we got some new games and trained new staff. Thanks to the Friends of the Library for purchasing our brand new Xbox One! We also have PS3, tons of great card and board games, LEGOs and art supplies if you'd like to get creative. Come meet new friends and librarians, relax after school, and game to your heart's content!

Teen Game Night will be held from 4 to 6pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights in the Craft Room. Game night is intended for teens in grades 5 - 12 (ages 10 - 18). All video games offered are rated E (for Everyone) through T (for Teen). For more information on rating systems, please see

Bonus Feature: April is National Poetry Month! In addition to the usual offerings at Game Night, we will have a pop-up "Poetry Maker-Space" happening during Thursday's Game Nights all month long! Write your own poems, experiment with "cut-up" and "blackout" style poetry, design a button with your favorite poem, make your own 'zine, share your work with friends and ask Stephanie about anything poetry! Free books of poems for those who participate in the pop-up program.

For any questions, please call 575-528-4102 or email: We look forward to seeing you!
