Volunteers in Action

Volunteer Spotlight

Each month we highlight a volunteer individual or group that has made a significant impact on our city programs.

Jackson MartinWeb

The Network welcomes new volunteer intern, Jackson Martin, to our program. Jackson is a senior at Mesilla Valley Christian School and as a part of his senior year, he is able to give his afternoons to volunteer service to help him get real life experience in the working world. Jackson came to us wanting to share his love and knowledge of all things technology with people who could use assistance in this area.

Jackson will begin holding his “Tech Table” time in the Munson Lobby from 1:00-2:00 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Friday. He will gladly help you with (almost) any tech project that you can bring his way.

View our April newsletter for more information. You can also view a photo gallery of our volunteers in action.

Requesting a Network Volunteer

Network Volunteers are mainly placed with city-sponsored programs. City Departments are encouraged to fill out the Volunteer Request Form and email Ryan Steinmetz, Volunteer Coordinator, or call 575-528-3085 to coordinate your volunteer needs. The Network Volunteer Center does partner with outside organizations on a very limited basis. You are welcome to inquire with the Volunteer Coordinator regarding our capacity to set up that partnership
