Restaurants are inspected for proper cleaning of their grease interceptors; car washes for proper cleaning of sand and oil interceptors; and surrounding communities are assessed for compliance of City Ordinance 2489.

Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP)

Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) regulates industrial facilities' wastewater discharge and assists the Utilities' wastewater treatment plants with compliance of City Ordinance 2488 and federal and state environmental permits.
