Las Cruces to Join Nation For “America’s Night Out Against Crime”
The City of Las Cruces proudly presents National Night Out, “America’s Night Out Against Crime,” on Tuesday August 3rd from 6 – 9 p.m. at the south end of the Downtown Mall. Bring the whole family for a free event filled with games, entertainment and giveaways. Members Sought for City of Las Cruces Labor Management Relations Board
The City of Las Cruces is seeking applications for appointment to the City of Las Cruces Labor Management Relations Board. The Board shall be composed of three members appointed by the mayor and approved by city council. One member shall be appointed on the recommendation of individuals representing labor; one member shall be appointed on the recommendation of the city administrator and one member shall be appointed on the recommendation of the first two appointees. Neighborhood Meeting for Alameda Depot
The City of Las Cruces will hold a public meeting to discuss the first draft of the Alameda Depot Overlay. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4th, in room 2007A on the second floor of city hall, 700 N. Main Street. (full story) |
Branigan Library Temporarily Closing Public Computer Lab
On July 19, 2010, Branigan Library will temporarily close its public computer lab in order to move into the recently completed Dresp Room Computer Lab. Public computers will be unavailable from July 19th to 24th while the computers are moved, cleaned, repaired and updated. (full story) |
